Job Description
You will join a Middle East Supply Chain team based in Dubai and play a key role in optimizing product distribution across the region.
Within a dynamic and strategic environment, this role sits at the center of supply chain operations, offering exposure to multiple stakeholders across headquarters and regional offices (Supply Chain, Merchandising, Logistics, etc.).
In a fast‑paced business context, accuracy and quality of distribution are critical to overall business performance, making this analyst position a key contributor to operational success.
Distribution Planning & Analysis
- Develop and monitor distribution plans for leathergoods, considering seasonality, available stock, and regional specificities.
- Analyze distribution performance (AVR, coverage, etc.), identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support optimal stock allocation during periods of supply constraints.
- Coordinate and track seasonal product launches to ensure strong availability at launch dates.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels across retail locations and identify risks of stock‑outs or overstock situations.
- Support optimization of inventory parameters, including VM minimums, anticipation of sales peaks, and seasonal rebalancing.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with central teams, merchandising, VM, logistics, and customer service to ensure end‑to‑end supply chain alignment.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on distribution performance, stock levels, and launch follow‑ups.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Propose and support process enhancements as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
