Position Overview
We are seeking a **Distribution Coordinator** to oversee and manage daily distribution operations.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, logistics knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
The Distribution Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Atipana Distribuciones LLC’s reputation for excellence in distribution services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product distribution activities including scheduling, inventory management, and delivery logistics.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and client communications.
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Support budgeting, procurement, and reporting for distribution operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s trade regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in distribution coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of distribution processes, inventory management, and transportation systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
