Distribution Co-Op
Support Innovative Medicine Distribution Operations at the Somerset, New Jersey FDC site.
The co-op term runs from January through July 2027.
This is a full-time, 40-hours-per-week co-op role.
Distribution Operations Responsibilities
- Learn distribution processes including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and cooler procedures.
- Manage cooler inventory through counts, ordering suggestions, and vendor management.
- Lead FDC metrics review meetings and create Power BI reports.
- Lead monthly team meetings and FDC tours for distribution groups.
- Improve distribution processes based on team feedback and personal observations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of undergraduate freshman year at an accredited university is required.
- Candidates must be pursuing a master's degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher is required.
- Candidates must work onsite five days per week from 8 AM to 4 PM.
- Strong Excel skills are required.
- Candidates should be self-starters with strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Power BI familiarity is preferred but not required.
Pay
- Expected pay is $23.50 to $52.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.
