REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of service time inside a Distribution Center is required.
  • Flexibility to work the assigned schedule, including weekends, holidays, and required overtime.
  • Preferred experience with warehouse equipment, including forklift, rider pallet jacks, bomber, etc.
  • Maintain a stellar operating record for powered industrial equipment, always prioritizing safety.
  • Proactively initiate tasks, tackling challenges with enthusiasm and exceeding required goals.
  • Sustain a high level of activity and productivity, operating with urgency, efficiency, and determination.
  • Handle pressure and opposition with professionalism, maintaining stability in performance.
  • Pay close attention to details, demonstrating strong planning, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Effectively communicate ideas, actively listen, and collaborate across functional boundaries, influencing others positively.
  • Work well in both team and solo settings, building rapport and fostering good working relationships with co-workers.
  • Manage tasks professionally and with a high level of organization.
  • Adapt to change and adversity in the workplace, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consistently deliver results while contributing to the development of organizational capabilities.
  • Respond to change with a positive attitude, offer improvement suggestions, support new initiatives, and maintain an open mind.
  • Pay: $27.80 per hour
  • The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
