Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop colleagues to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Monitor labour planning, workload distribution, and shift performance.
• Resolve order variances, inventory discrepancies, and workflow interruptions.
• Support onboarding and training for new colleagues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; conduct safety checks and support occupational health and safety compliance.
• Collaborate on process improvements, space optimization, and overall distribution center performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of distribution center operations, Workforce Management Systems, and inventory control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Physical demands include walking, standing, climbing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and using ladders and stock pickers.

Compensation

• The general hiring range is $63,000 to $70,000 annually; the base offer may vary by location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and equity considerations.
