Distribution Center Manager

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED/HiSET required. At least seven (7) years of experience in handling accounts and accounting procedures or three (3) years of experience in sales/customer service and four (4) years supervisory experience. Must maintain a valid, current driver's license. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of warehouse and distribution activities. Working knowledge of printing related software, including InDesign and PhotoShop. Ability to be highly organized while performing multiple projects. Ability to perform multiple assignments which may require considerable exercise of independent judgement. Coordinate efforts with leadership, communications staff, program managers, Director’s office, central office staff, and field staff. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to define a problem, analyze relevant informtion, and develop solutions and plans to solve the problem. Ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships within and outside of the Department. Ability to use office equipment, such as copier, phone, fax machine, scanner, and computer. Ability to meet deadlines.
