The analyst manages inventory visibility, inventory health, and cuts reporting across product categories in the distribution network.
The role proactively identifies inventory risks, availability issues, and service disruptions before they affect restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels, weeks of supply, and product availability across distribution centers.
- Identify stockout, excess, aging, slow-moving, and stranded inventory risks; support network rebalancing and corrective actions.
- Own cuts reporting, including trend tracking, reason-code validation, root-cause analysis, and restaurant impact measurement.
- Monitor inventory during disruptions, product transitions, and limited-time offers; partner with distribution and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain actionable inventory and cuts reporting for Distribution and Supply Chain leadership.
Requirements
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills, including experience with large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams and partners.
- A related bachelor’s degree and one to three years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Experience in inventory management, demand planning, distribution, or supply chain analytics is preferred.
