Core Responsibilities

• Own the full AI/ML lifecycle: research, prototyping, production deployment, and monitoring
• Design systems to extract structured data from complex financial and operational documents
• Develop agentic systems for retrieval and reasoning across fragmented enterprise environments
• Build predictive models for sales and financial forecasting
• Detect anomalies in retail and sales datasets
• Develop recommendation systems for promotions and trade spend optimization
• Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate AI into the platform

Example Problems You Will Solve

• AI-powered document ingestion (invoices, deductions, retailer reports)
• Agent workflows for legacy enterprise data retrieval and synthesis

Required

• 5+ years of applied AI/ML experience in production environments
• Strong background in ML systems design and end-to-end deployment
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and NLP systems
• Strong product mindset with ability to translate AI into business impact

Compensation & Benefits

• $300,000 – $350,000 base salary
• Up to 40% performance bonus
