Overview
- The successful candidate will support senior lawyers on contentious and advisory matters for a diverse client base, including employers, contractors, operators, and commercial entities.
- The practice handles disputes arising from major infrastructure, transport, and commercial projects, as well as general commercial litigation and regulatory-related matters.
- Scope of Work
- Assisting on disputes relating to construction, infrastructure, and transport projects, including roads, rail, ports, logistics, and utilities
- Supporting work on commercial disputes, including contractual claims and advisory matters
- Involvement in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including international arbitration, mediation, conciliation, and expert determination
- Assisting with matters before regulatory and specialist tribunals
- Legal research, drafting, and case preparation under partner and senior associate supervision
