We are looking for a full-time Dispensing Optician to join us in delivering outstanding patient care across our practices in Wiltshire. We can be flexible with location depending on where you are based , so if you are interested in joining our team, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Dispensing a wide range of lenses and frames to meet individual prescriptions and patient needs.

· Handling adjustments, repairs, and collections with care and attention to detail.

· Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

· Delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.

· Leading by example – motivating and developing the team to reach their potential.

· Helping the practice grow by building strong patient relationships and meeting key targets.

What We’re Looking For:

· A GOC-registered Dispensing Optician

And you’ll also bring:

· A passion for customer care and a warm, professional manner.

· Strong communication skills – clear, approachable, and jargon-free.

· The confidence to build rapport quickly with patients and your team.

· Sales experience and a natural ability to inspire loyalty.

· Leadership qualities with a positive, team-focused attitude.
