Key Responsibilities
- Assign and dispatch drivers according to delivery schedules and priorities.
- Monitor deliveries in real time and address any delays or issues.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and delivery statuses.
