Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator
About This Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher (Tagalog Speaking) to coordinate daily operations, manage orders, and ensure smooth communication between teams, drivers, and customers.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, quick at problem-solving, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and dispatch orders to drivers / delivery team efficiently
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer support
- Track shipments and update system records
- Handle delays, issues, or customer complaints proactively
- Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain logs, reports, and operational data
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator (1–3 years preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English & Tagalog Required)
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with logistics software / order management systems
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools)
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience in eCommerce or last-mile delivery
- Knowledge of route optimization tools
- Experience handling high order volume (50+ daily)

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
