Role summary

Essential duties

• Respond to inquiries about pickups, schedules, product orders, and other customer needs.
• Assist customer service with SFDC cases, route changes, rescheduling, and missed stops.
• Monitor, process, and escalate SFDC cases to a supervisor.
• Assist walk-in customers and help drivers resolve issues during or after routes.
• Review and file driver paperwork.
• Update routes and customer information, reroute as needed, and balance routes daily.
• Update SAP data and notes; communicate performance standards and objectives.
• Keep staff informed about department and company developments through organized, participative meetings.
• Maintain workplace safety and compliance; monitor employee safety and productivity when management is absent.
• Assist the transportation supervisor or manager as directed.

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience; transportation, logistics, routing, and customer service are listed as preferred experience areas.

Work environment

• The position primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Pay

• Expected base pay rate is $25 per hour; the specific offer may depend on experience, education, training, qualifications, and work location.
