Associate Dispatch Supervisor
We are looking for an
Associate Dispatch Supervisor
to oversee daily dispatch operations, manage the dispatch team, and ensure timely order delivery while maintaining operational efficiency and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the dispatch team.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders.
- Coordinate with kitchen teams, riders, and customer service to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor dispatch KPIs and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Conduct food safety and hygiene checks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or food delivery operations.
- Mandatory experience in
- cloud kitchens
- or
- high-volume delivery-focused restaurant brands
- .
- OHC & PIC certification required.
- Basic computer skills and good communication abilities.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Working Hours
10+1 hours per day with rotating weekly offs.
