Dispatch Planner

Role summary

Dispatch and customer deliveries

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, production planners, and customer service on product availability, dispatch timelines, and order forecasts.
• Support on-time, in-full delivery of correct customer orders and achievement of OTIF and IDP targets.
• Schedule and coordinate customer deliveries with relevant departments to ensure on-time service.

Warehouse standards and performance

• Maintain warehouse 5S, cleanliness, product standards, designated areas, and sorting systems.
• Report, monitor, and analyze warehouse and logistics KPIs.
• Follow HSEQ rules and regulations.

Qualifications and experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree.
• 2–3 years of relevant warehouse or dispatch experience.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
