Dish Washer

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen (includes washing dishes, taking out the garbage, mopping floors, organizing fridges, etc.)
• Properly washes and sorts soiled dishes
• Set up dish stations, including dish machines and work
• Ensure all equipment and utensils are in good working order, are property sanitized and stored
• Assist cooks and prep cook in the preparation of diverse recipes
• Follow procedures according to Health and Safety requirements
• Receive and rotate products into inventory
• Performs other duties assigned from time to time

M ust-Haves:

• Experience working in a food environment is an asset
• Knife skills or previous experience in a kitchen is preferred
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Previous Kitchen Management experience
• Familiar with sanitation and health and safety food regulations including proper handling of equipment
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Flexible schedule
• Food Handler Certification is an asset
