Disability Support Worker

Join our Bli Bli team and support people with disability across Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access Support (CAS). We are recruiting both Casual and Permanent Part-Time Disability Support Workers. In this role, you'll provide person-centred support with daily living activities, community participation, and health-related supports. The customers supported in this service may present with complex behaviours, require implementation of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans, and use mobility equipment. Shifts are available across mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays, with start and finish times based on customer needs.

Providing personal care and support with daily living activities

Assisting with medication administration and monitoring health needs

Supporting customers using mobility aids, including hoists and wheelchairs

Encouraging community participation and community access activities

Maintaining accurate documentation and completing administrative tasks
