Qualifications
- At least a 4-year degree in Engineering, Building Construction or Architecture
- Technical knowledge with at least 5-10 years of related experience, preferrably roofing and waterproofing.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management, both internal and external
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license, ability to travel
