Director, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, workforce planning or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce and hiring strategies.
• Strong strategic sourcing and talent pipeline development experience.
• Strong analytical, relationship management and influencing skills.
• Experience with outsourced, nearshore or offshore workforce models is considered an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing or another operationally intensive industry is considered a strong asset.

• We're looking for a leader who understands both the strategic and operational sides of Talent Acquisition.
• You have experience leading recruitment teams, building talent pipelines and partnering with business leaders to solve workforce challenges. You know how to balance long-term planning with day-to-day execution and can move comfortably between discussing strategy with executives and supporting a critical hiring initiative when needed.
