Position

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker, and specialty table games.
• Set operational strategies for revenue, efficiency, and guest satisfaction; ensure regulatory, internal-control, and company-policy compliance.
• Monitor game performance, staffing, and floor coverage; recruit, train, and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with Surveillance, Security, Compliance, and Marketing; handle guest relations and escalated issues.
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs, and keep current with gaming-industry trends, technologies, and practices.

Experience and qualifications

• At least 10 years of gaming operations experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of table-games operations, rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and team-management skills in a high-volume luxury gaming environment.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills; ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
• Experience launching table-games operations in new or emerging markets; commitment to exceptional guest service and high ethical standards.
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern gaming regulations and cultural nuances.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Multilingual skills and international experience are a plus.
