Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage effectively.
• Proven experience in survey project management and leadership roles.
• Proficiency in engineering, environmental, land planning, and survey concepts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a track record of handling multiple projects.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional licensure or certification.
• 5+ years of experience in a land development-focused survey leadership role.
