Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive supply chain, operations, logistics, or continuous improvement leadership experience. Experience leading enterprise-wide continuous improvement programs within a large-scale distribution, logistics, retail, manufacturing, or wholesale environment. Experience supporting multi-site operations with geographically dispersed facilities. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, planning, customer service, and safety functions. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional improvement initiatives with measurable financial and operational results. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt. APICS/ASCM Certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
