Director - Subcontractor and Labor Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within telecommunications, structured cabling, data center, network infrastructure, or managed services industries.
• Certification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management, or Operations Management disciplines.
• Demonstrated success building scalable labor and subcontractor management programs in high-growth environments.
• Experience leading enterprise supplier governance and workforce capacity planning initiatives.

• This role serves as the executive owner of labor strategy, subcontractor performance, workforce capacity, supplier governance, and labor scalability. The successful candidate will ensure Black Box has the skilled resources required to meet customer commitments while protecting margin, quality, safety, compliance, and delivery performance.
