Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a transformative, growth-oriented leader to direct sales and distribution across the New England Region.
This leader will own the region's financial, operational, and people performance while building the capability and operating discipline required to deliver sustained results.
The Director, Sales & Distribution, will lead a complex network of 22 facilities and more than 350 employees.
Direct reports include six General Sales Managers and two Sales Activator Managers.
The role requires clear command of the business, visible leadership in market, strong cross-functional partnership, and a commitment to developing leaders who can consistently execute.
Candidates are also eligible to sit in: Wilmington, MA or Taunton, MA.
