Key accountabilities

  • Lead project management, design execution, and delivery within cost, timeline, and quality parameters.
  • Develop design strategies that deliver innovative, sustainable, and functional spaces aligned with organizational vision.
  • Oversee conceptual layouts and visual schemes using design software, meeting business, branding, and regulatory requirements.
  • Govern RFPs, tender documentation, and contractor prequalification in line with FIDIC contracts and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with MEP, Facilities Management, Operations, IT, Branding, and Technology teams on design and delivery plans.
  • Build partnerships with consultants, vendors, and contractors; conduct site visits and technical compliance evaluations.
  • Lead value engineering, budgeting, forecasting, and project cost control.
  • Promote project and contract management, compliance, and safety best practices.
  • Mentor talent in modular construction, generative design, and circular economy principles.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or civil engineering from an accredited NAAB or CEAB program.
  • More than 12 years of project management, design, and construction experience, including at least five years in a leadership role overseeing Class A office towers, flagship retail, or mission-critical facilities.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Master’s degree in construction management or sustainable design is preferred; PMP, LEED AP, or WELL AP certification is preferred.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in design and project management software such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Project.
  • Expert knowledge of engineering standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, civil defense requirements, and sustainability principles.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial acumen for large-scale project budgeting and cost control.
