We are supporting a
leading destination, tourism, and entertainment group in the UAE
on the search for a senior commercial leader to drive yield, pricing, and distribution strategy across international hotel package products.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on maximising profitability, enhancing package competitiveness, and optimising international B2B and B2B2C distribution performance across key global markets.
The successful candidate will lead
product distribution strategy
while working closely across commercial, contracting, sales, finance, marketing, and e-commerce functions to deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall yield and distribution strategy across hotel package products
- Drive pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimisation initiatives
- Develop and implement channel optimisation and route-to-market strategies
- Oversee international B2B and B2B2C distribution performance
- Lead commercial planning and forecasting for hotel incentive opportunities
- Identify profitability levers including pricing strategy, partner-funded incentives, and inventory/pre-buy opportunities
- Translate market insight, competitor benchmarking, and performance data into commercial action
- Partner closely with contracting and commercial teams to support negotiation strategy and long-term partner value creation
- Provide senior leadership with clear commercial reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience within travel, tourism, hospitality, OTA, destination management, or related commercial environments
- Strong background in yield management, pricing strategy, revenue optimisation, and distribution
- Experience managing international B2B and B2B2C channels
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with advanced analytical capability
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and commercial initiatives
- Experience within hospitality, travel tech, tourism, hotel distribution, or destination-focused businesses is highly preferred
- GCC or international market exposure would be advantageous
