Role overview

Product leadership and delivery

• Establish short- and long-term product goals, define quarterly OKRs, prioritize investments, and manage product budgets and financials.
• Drive day-to-day product excellence and velocity across cross-functional teams.
• Align global product strategy with local execution and enable faster decision-making.
• Elevate product thinking, maturity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Build, coach, and mentor Product Managers and foster progress, transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
• Partner with senior leaders and peers to resolve execution barriers and guide complex work across teams and specialties.

Discovery and business outcomes

• Lead product discovery with stakeholders and validate hypotheses and concepts with customers before committing engineering capacity.
• Use data and analytics to assess market context, inform decisions, evaluate product health and effectiveness, understand P&L impact, and recommend actions.
• Transform servicing data into actionable enterprise insights, accelerate digital adoption, reduce customer-journey friction, and create scalable, reusable platforms.

Experience and education

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including experience leading product teams.
• Product management experience in retail, consumer, or servicing environments is preferred.

Product leadership qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading product-driven business transformation.
• Experience managing product portfolios, investment priorities, budgets, financials, and business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of technology, data, analytics, and digital product development.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders across complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Expertise establishing product vision, outcome-based roadmaps, OKRs, and success measures.
• Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and lead high-performing product teams.
• Expertise in agile product practices, including iterative development, discovery, experimentation, and backlog management.

Product and technology context

• Develop or apply understanding of servicing platforms and systems, including data flows, transaction sequences, relevant technologies, and design principles.
