Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of progressive pharmaceutical experience in managed care pricing, contracting, market access analytics, contract operations, or related commercial functions. Experience supporting cross-functional pricing and contracting initiatives is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of the payer market, customer business models and downstream relationships, contract terms and structures.
- Strong understanding of legal, compliance, and governance considerations related to pharmaceutical pricing and contracting. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong business analytical skills and solid financial analysis skills.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good presentation skills, able to organize and clearly communicate complex ideas in a succinct manner.
- This position requires domestic travel approximately 10% of the time. This role is based in South San Francisco or the Philadelphia offices.

- Pay Range:
- In the U.S., the hiring pay range for fully qualified candidates is $232,830-$271,635 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
