What You’ll Do
Lead & Mentor: Manage and grow a multi-functional platform engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and strong internal customer partnership.
Platform Architecture: Define and guide the architecture of shared platform capabilities, including cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, GitOps delivery with ArgoCD, observability platforms, identity, developer tooling, and reusable services that support full-stack product teams using C#/.NET , React.js , and SQL Server .
Cloud & Reliability Strategy: Drive our AWS infrastructure strategy, leveraging cloud-native services, automation, containerization, monitoring, and incident response practices for high availability and performance.
Observability & Operational Insight: Champion a modern observability strategy across applications, infrastructure, and data services, including metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting, SLOs, incident response workflows, and executive-level visibility into platform health and customer-impacting reliability trends.

Strategic Enablement: Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Design to define platform milestones, reduce delivery friction, and enable product teams to iterate confidently toward long-term initiatives.
