We’re looking for a high-ownership operations leader who moves quickly, takes full accountability, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In one sentence: Own end-to-end procurement, supply chain execution, and production planning—ensuring materials arrive on time, production stays on track, and we continuously improve cost and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and supplier relationships from sourcing through delivery
- Own purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, and execution
- Lead production planning and scheduling to keep operations running smoothly
- Ensure timely availability of materials to meet production needs
- Identify and drive improvements in cost, efficiency, and processes
- Operate day-to-day in ERP systems (NetSuite) and Excel to track and optimize performance
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in CPG operations, supply chain, or procurement (food & beverage strongly preferred)
- Proven ownership — you’ve directly run operations, not just supported them
- Strong systems and analytical skills (NetSuite + Excel proficiency)
- Hands-on experience with suppliers, PO management, and production scheduling
- High urgency, high accountability mindset — you execute and get things done
