Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Director of Sales and Business Development role based in the Riyadh Region.

The Director will lead the overall sales and business development strategy, set revenue targets, and design plans to achieve sustainable growth for SHOKRAN | شـكـرا.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, tracking performance against KPIs, and coaching the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence across key markets and segments.

The Director will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align go-to-market initiatives, improve customer experience, and ensure consistent delivery of value to clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong track record in Sales and Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven experience in Business Development, with the ability to identify new markets, build strategic partnerships, and negotiate high-value agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability in Team Management and Customer Service, including coaching sales teams and fostering a customer-centric culture.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, ideally within the local or regional market.
  • Comfort working on-site in the Riyadh Region and collaborating across functions to drive aligned commercial objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance dashboards.
