Role Overview

Platform Strategy and Roadmap

• Own the multi-year roadmap for the Manufacturing Data Fabric and Intelligence layer.
• Define a governed manufacturing ontology encoding metric definitions, constraints, supplier relationships, and business rules.
• Lead AI Insights capabilities including anomaly detection, narrative generation, and agentic root cause analysis.

AI and Conversational Analytics

• Drive conversational analytics using ontology design, knowledge graphs, context graphs, and intent detection.
• Own evaluation standards for latency, accuracy, relevancy, LLM-as-judge methods, and human oversight.
• Define the approach to proactive, action-triggering agentic AI within ERP workflows.

Self-Service Reporting

• Own self-service reporting strategy for manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and operations users.
• Define report access controls, sharing permissions, data scoping, scheduling, exports, embedding, white-labeling, and audit trails.
• Lead rollout, go-to-market, customer adoption, onboarding, and feedback loops for self-service reporting.

Data Infrastructure and Intelligence

• Partner with Engineering on data lake, pipeline, and event architecture optimized for AI readiness, scale, and cost.
• Own the metric registry and semantic data model for consistent manufacturing KPI definitions.
• Maintain data quality and freshness standards and define monetization for governed exports, delta sharing, and partner integrations.

GTM and Customer Partnership

• Act as product authority for Sales and Marketing on Data, AI, and Analytics capabilities.
• Create enablement assets and support complex enterprise deals, discovery, RFPs, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Conduct customer interviews, site visits, advisory sessions, and discovery-led roadmap development.

Leadership

• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers and Technical Product Owners.
• Align Product, Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Sales, and executive leadership on priorities and sequencing.
• Represent the Data, AI, and Analytics platform in senior leadership and roadmap forums.

Experience

• 15+ years of product management experience with significant data platform, analytics, or AI/ML product experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience owning 0-to-1 and scale-up AI Insights or analytics platforms through enterprise general availability.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or B2B enterprise software and complex enterprise operations data.
• Experience driving measurable user, satisfaction, cost, or revenue outcomes and building go-to-market motions.
• Structured customer discovery experience and a track record of building and scaling product teams.

Technical and Leadership Qualifications

• Hands-on fluency with LLM evaluation, semantic layers, knowledge graphs, RAG, conversational analytics, and agentic AI.
• Strong command of Snowflake, Databricks, delta sharing, ETL/ELT, event-driven pipelines, and federated search.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and API design.
• Director-level leadership maturity, strong executive communication, and the ability to build consensus across stakeholders.
