Role Description
The Director of Performance Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This role is responsible for leading performance marketing strategy across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth for Neon Brothers.
Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and optimizing paid media campaigns (such as search, social, and display), managing marketing budgets and forecasts, and setting clear KPIs for marketing performance.
The Director will analyze campaign data, conduct A/B tests, and use insights to refine targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.
The role also involves close collaboration with sales, creative, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives, oversee marketing technology and tracking, and provide regular performance reporting to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with experience developing and executing performance-focused marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing, including audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and data-driven campaign optimization.
- Experience partnering with Sales teams to align marketing funnels with revenue goals and improve lead quality and conversion.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital performance channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, retargeting), attribution models, and marketing analytics tools.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast campaign results, and report on ROI and key performance metrics.
- Leadership experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams, agencies, or external partners.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and inclusive working style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
- Experience in consumer products, e-commerce, or signage/creative industries is advantageous.
