Lead day-to-day operations of Acquisit's KSA business.
Own client delivery and operational performance while building a high-performing team and maintaining quality, accountability, and execution standards.
Provide senior leadership across the KSA portfolio, connecting client, people, performance, and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own KSA client portfolio health, delivery quality, performance, and retention; handle complex client escalations.
- Lead and develop strategists and ensure effective management of analysts and specialists.
- Drive accountability, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement.
- Run client and performance reviews, resource allocation, capacity planning, and operational priorities.
- Ensure teams diagnose performance issues, identify root causes, and develop action plans.
- Establish processes, SOPs, QA standards, and reporting frameworks; identify capability gaps and organize training.
- Coordinate across Performance, Measurement, CRM, CRO, SEO, Creative, and other specialist teams.
- Oversee resource planning, recruitment, team structure, client onboarding, and client allocation.
- Partner with the Managing Partner on strategic client relationships and KSA priorities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience with significant leadership responsibility in an agency, digital business, consulting environment, or technology company.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, paid media, data-driven growth, optimization, and commercial outcomes.
- Strong understanding of digital measurement, attribution, and analytics, including traffic, conversion, CAC, revenue, ROAS, and customer value.
- Experience managing complex client portfolios and senior client stakeholders.
- Demonstrated operational leadership, people management, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure and ambiguity.
- Fluent Arabic and professional fluency in English are required.
- Strong Saudi market understanding and KSA/GCC operating experience are strongly preferred.
- Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Performance and operational issues are diagnosed and resolved quickly.
Consistent quality standards, operating rhythms, accountability structures, and SOPs support sustainable growth.
