**About the Role** We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Director to lead our leasing strategy across our residential portfolio.
You will be responsible for driving occupancy, optimizing rental revenue, and building a high-performing leasing team that delivers an exceptional resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve and maintain target occupancy rates across all properties
- Lead, mentor, and manage the leasing team, setting performance goals and conducting regular reviews
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to recommend rental rate adjustments
- Oversee all leasing operations including advertising, showings, applications, and lease execution
- Build relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies, and referral networks
- Partner with marketing to drive lead generation through digital platforms, social media, and campaigns
- Track and report on key leasing KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, and lease renewals
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company leasing policies
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of leasing experience in residential real estate, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy and revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of local rental market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio)
- Real estate license preferred
Operations Manager — Residential Real Estate
**About the Role** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties.
You will ensure that our communities run smoothly, maintenance standards are upheld, and residents enjoy a seamless living experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across the residential portfolio, ensuring efficiency and consistency at all sites
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and procurement processes
- Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance programs to maintain property condition and resident satisfaction
- Monitor operating budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies
- Collaborate with the leasing and finance teams to align operational performance with business goals
- Supervise on-site property staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Handle escalated resident concerns and implement service improvement initiatives
- Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of property operations or facilities management experience in residential real estate
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance processes, and vendor management
- Experience managing budgets and operational reporting
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio)
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
