Company Description
Our client a European management company require a female European Food & Beverage Director for a luxury private establishment owned by a prominent Saudi National.
The operation provides hotel services for the owner's extended family as well as catering events for visiting senior government and business leaders from the Kingdom and around the world.
Candidates should have experience of 5 star hotels in Europe and preferably The Gulf.
They should demonstrate great leadership skills with multi ethnic teams.
An excellent salary package and good career prospects are on offer for this demanding role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Food & Beverage operations and Food Service, with a track record of leading multi-outlet or complex hospitality environments.
- Proven Culinary Skills and experience collaborating effectively with culinary teams on menu development and quality control.
- Demonstrated commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to translate guest feedback into service and product improvements.
- Solid Budgeting and cost-control skills, including forecasting, P&L management, and margin optimization.
- Extensive leadership experience in senior F&B roles, ideally at director or multi-unit level, within hotels, resorts, or upscale dining operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international F&B trends, standards, and best practices, particularly within high-end or luxury markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a diverse environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Relevant hospitality or business qualification (e.g., degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field) preferred.
- Experience working in or with Middle Eastern or international markets is an advantage, as is multilingual capability.
