Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
  • Significant experience supporting multi-location field operations, preferably in Retail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading an HR transformation, service delivery redesign, or significant organizational change
  • Experience leading and developing geographically dispersed HR teams
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
  • Experience using workforce analytics and metrics to identify trends and drive accountability
  • Strong change leadership, communication, and execution capabilities
  • Ability and willingness to spend significant time visiting all Fleet Farm locations; expect 50% travel.
