This is a pivotal role for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of delivering complex real estate projects on a scale.
About the Role
As Director of Project Management, you will take full ownership of our real estate project portfolio (Multibillion Dollars in Value) from strategic planning through to successful delivery.
You will lead high-performing cross-functional teams, set the benchmark for execution excellence, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will also serve as the primary point of accountability for relationships with key partners, contractors, and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Drive the full project lifecycle across multiple real estate developments simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results
- Establish and enforce rigorous project governance frameworks, quality standards, and risk management protocols
- Oversee budget control and resource allocation across the entire project portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, government entities, and strategic partners
- Report project performance and progress to senior leadership with clarity and precision
What We Are Looking For
- **20+ years**
- of progressive experience in project management within the real estate development sector
- Intimate experience in developing and delivering hospitality and high rise residential projects in Saudi Arabia
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and strategic planning capabilities
- Strong command of project controls, scheduling tools, and performance tracking methodologies
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
