Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate strategic development opportunities aligned with organizational goals; conduct market analysis and feasibility studies.
• Build relationships with property owners, developers, and stakeholders; negotiate development, management, and partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and global development teams to execute projects and align strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors; lead due diligence for potential projects.
• Report progress to senior leadership and oversee new-property launches and openings in the region.
• Manage development budgets and resource allocation; monitor regulatory requirements, zoning laws, and other development factors.
• Foster a collaborative, results-oriented development team and represent the organization in development-related matters.
• Guide property owners and developers through the development process and ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
• Ensure new developments align with guest expectations and market demands.
