Role Description

This is an on-site, contract role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Director of Business Development at RatingLuxury.com.

The Director of Business Development will identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with luxury hotels, resorts, and hospitality brands.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business development plans, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and driving lead generation campaigns within target markets.

The role involves leading contract negotiations, managing key client accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

The Director will collaborate closely with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, prepare proposals and presentations, and provide regular reporting on performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong capabilities in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to open and grow opportunities in the hospitality or luxury services sector.
  • Experience in Business Planning, including territory planning, sales forecasting, and go-to-market strategy execution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Contract Negotiation and Account Management, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term client partnerships.
  • Extensive background in B2B sales, preferably within hospitality, travel, or luxury brands, with measurable revenue growth achievements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Comfort working on-site in Dubai, with a willingness to travel regionally or internationally as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
