Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile
Director (Admin)
to lead and oversee our core business operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong, multi-disciplinary background with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
You will be responsible for driving efficiency, aligning departmental goals, and ensuring seamless operations across Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Logistics.
Administration & Human Resources
- Direct and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Lead the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Develop, implement, and refine company policies and standard operating procedures.
Finance & Accounting
- Provide strategic oversight for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor departmental spending, enforce cost-control measures, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Review financial reports and coordinate with the finance team to ensure fiscal health and compliance.
Marketing & Sales
- Guide the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Align the sales and marketing teams to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
Logistics & Supply Chain
- Oversee supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Streamline logistical processes to improve operational turnaround times and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade and import/export regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Experience:**
- A minimum of
- 10 years
- of progressive leadership experience managing multiple departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Logistics).
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred).
- **Leadership:**
- Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- **Strategic Thinking:**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving operational improvements.
- **Communication:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- **Availability:**
- Must be available to join immediately or on very short notice.
