Director - Nightlife Operations

Overview

• Provide strategic and hands-on operational leadership for the Greek Restaurant, Nightclub and Beach Club, ensuring consistent execution of Wynn s luxury service standards.
• Drive operational excellence across all aspects of food, beverage, service, and entertainment delivery, with a strong focus on guest experience and brand integrity.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to support peak business periods and special events.
• Ensure all guest interactions, including VIPs, high-value gaming guests, and luxury leisure travelers, reflect Wynn s service philosophy and commitment to personalized hospitality.
• Collaborate closely with Entertainment, Marketing, Nightlife, Culinary, Beverage, Casino, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on programming, promotions, and operational execution.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs, guest feedback, and financial reporting, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
• Partner with Finance and Analytics teams to manage budgets, forecast revenues, control costs, and optimize profitability for both venues.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing management and frontline teams through effective recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure full compliance with all local regulations, licensing requirements, health and safety standards, and Wynn s internal policies and procedures.
• Champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence across all venues within the portfolio.
• Support the implementation of innovative operational systems and technologies that enhance efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and guest engagement.
• Stay informed on global F&B, nightlife, and beach club trends, proactively evolving offerings to maintain Wynn s competitive positioning in the luxury hospitality market.
• Represent Wynn Food & Beverage Operations in internal leadership forums and, when appropriate, external partnerships or industry engagements.
