The Mortgage Director will manage high-value and complex mortgage cases while driving revenue growth, improving lead conversion, and strengthening strategic partnerships.

The role focuses on servicing premium/HNI clients, structuring tailored mortgage solutions, mentoring junior consultants and expanding relationships with banks, developers, and real estate partners

-Manage premium and HNI client portfolios

-Structure complex mortgage solutions including self-employed, refinancing, and high-value cases

-Drive higher conversion from qualified leads

-Mentor junior consultants and support deal closures

-Build and maintain relationships with banks, developers, and real estate stakeholders

-Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue

-Strong individual contributor experience within mortgage companies, banks, or financial services

-Proven expertise in mortgage products and complex deal structuring

-Established network within real estate and mortgage industry

-Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills

-Ability to deliver premium advisory service and manage client expectations effectively

-Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
