Overview

• Elan Media is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Sales Director to lead commercial growth across our Radio, Cinema, and Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising platforms.
• 🔹 Requirements:
• Proven experience in Media Sales Leadership
• Strong background in OOH, Radio, Cinema, or Advertising Sales
• Experience managing key accounts, agencies, and direct clients
• Strong understanding of audience measurement systems, media planning, and campaign performance analytics
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets
• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Manage and develop relationships with key clients, agencies, and stakeholders
• Oversee sales activities across Radio, Cinema, and OOH advertising platforms
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and upselling initiatives
• Utilize audience data and analytics to deliver data-driven advertising solutions
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
