Director, Material Operations

You’ll lead the development and execution of material strategies, ensuring fast, cost-effective support for aircraft maintenance and operations.

Your focus will include:

Driving improvements in material acquisition, distribution, and repair processes.

Managing relationships with OEMs and external repair providers to secure quality, pricing, and delivery.

Supporting aircraft modifications and maintenance with parts, tooling, and material planning.

Overseeing stock allocations, inventory tracking, and financial reconciliation.

Leading technology upgrades to streamline and enhance material management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics or Supply Chain; MBA preferred.

At least 5 years of supply chain experience with an 121/135 air carrier or part 145 repair station, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

Experience with PBH program development and airline startup experience are preferred, along with an Airframe and Powerplant certificate.
