Overview

  • Since its founding in 1937, Krispy Kreme’s focus has remained the same - making fresh doughnuts using our founder’s original recipe.
  • The brand’s iconic Hot Light lets consumers know when doughnuts are being made in the shop so they can stop in and enjoy them hot, right off the line.
  • The Director, Franchise Business- Asia assumes the responsibility of the franchise management of our Franchise Markets in Asia; this position will be based in our Dubai Office.
  • This position will work closely with global colleagues based in Charlotte, USA as well as all regional Franchise partners to ensure that day-to-day operations are executed as per the brand standards.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for creating the strategic plan for their region and ensuring the team is successfully executing against the plan.
  • A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Create strategic plan for each Partner that is aligned to the brand strategic framework and work collaboratively with the partner to drive the execution of the plan.
  • Support on the implementation of critical business levers such as home delivery and DFD.
  • Responsible for the project management of the new unit pipeline, identify critical milestones and deliverables and track progress to ensure results.
  • Review and approve all new and relocation sites. Track and forecast agreed upon asset actions and timing (new, relocations/rebuilds, and remodels)
  • Pro-actively identify profit improvement levers and define action plans (ie: supply, logistics, labor scheduling, G&A, CAPEX)
  • Work alongside the Global Marketing Team to ensure strong opening campaigns and subsequent LTO promotions.
  • Guide partners through in-depth data analysis and best practices across the globe.
  • Provide an operational insight to drive top class results.

Your Recipe For Success

  • 5-7 years of Operations experience, QSR, or related food concept
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or other related field
  • Leadership Experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, managing numerous projects and adapt to shifting priorities in a high pressure environment
  • Proven track record with NMO events Strong communication skills — ability to collaborate with all functions; to build close relationships with internal and external partners of any background; and engage with senior stakeholders
  • Solid analytical capabilities and structured thinking
  • Sound decision-making ability
  • Honesty, high integrity, personal accountability and a passion for the success of the brand, the team, and personal career growth
  • A performance-focused, results-oriented approach – you’ll have a strong work ethic and a determination to achieve success.
  • Strong ownership mentality and exceptional levels of self-motivation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit.
