JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of experience in training and development, leadership development, or related experience with transferrable skills.
  • Depth of expertise in functional technical skills/competencies required of field leaders: business acumen, data analysis, market access acumen, strategic business planning, and strategic account management
  • Bachelor’s degree – Master’s degree or relevant continued education preferred.
  • This role requires strategic and systems thinking, problem solving, excellent project management, and strong communication skills.
  • Depth of Experience leading teams as a first and/or second line manager
  • Extensive knowledge including sales, market access and home office functions
  • Demonstrated performance in leadership development strategy, design, and implementation.
  • Ability to establish strong presence with executives at all levels.
  • Experience managing and coaching a team in different roles
  • Extensive experience in the facilitation of leadership capability development programs.
  • Ability to execute on multiple projects with extensive detail coordination and program management.
  • Broad experience within and outside of healthcare to offer both internal expertise and external perspectives
  • Ability to navigate throughout the organization to create collaborative, cross-functional solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.

  • Minimum $186,489.00 - Maximum $278,875.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting pay for individuals who are hired in the role to perform in the United States. Other elements may be used to determine actual pay such as the candidate’s job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in role. Typically, actual pay will be positioned within the established range, rather than at its minimum or maximum. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with states and local laws.
