Establish and maintain engineering performance management frameworks, including reporting systems, key performance indicators, productivity measures, progress tracking methodologies, and forecasting processes that provide clear visibility into engineering performance and project status. Lead the implementation and governance of engineering change management processes, ensuring design changes, technical deviations, scope modifications, and engineering-driven impacts are properly assessed, documented, approved, and incorporated into project cost and schedule projections. Partner with Engineering Managers to proactively identify project risks, constraints, and performance challenges, developing and executing mitigation and recovery strategies to safeguard engineering deliverables and critical project milestones. Provide leadership and accountability for field engineering activities, technical issue resolution, design clarification processes, commissioning engineering support, startup readiness, operational handover, and the promotion of a strong safety culture.
