Key responsibilities

• Developing and executing a

• Acting as primary liaison for local Arabic press and international business media, managing high stakes

• Preparing executive level presentations, speeches, and reports for the Board of Directors, government entities, and VIP investors.
• Leading the strategy for major industry events and exclusive private launches for High-Net-worth individuals.
• Leading, inspiring, and developing high-performing, multicultural marketing department.
• Managing relationships with global creative, media buying, and PR agencies, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• **15+ years**
• of experience in marketing with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role within Tier 1 real estate developer or investment firm.
• MBA or master’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• **Language proficiency – English fluent with Arabic preferred.**
• Should have good understanding of regional business etiquettes.
• Experience in managing substantial marketing budgets with rigorous accountability.
• Should have
• strategic vision, cultural intelligence and executive presence, confidence, and poise to interact with C-suite executives and government stakeholders.
