Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the commercial strategy and operations for Qiddiya's sports initiatives.
- Develop and execute innovative revenue-generating programs and partnerships.
- Oversee marketing strategies and fan engagement initiatives to enhance the sports experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of commercial activities with overall business objectives.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to drive business growth and competitiveness.
- Engage with sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders to establish long-term relationships.
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to executive leadership.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial management within the sports or entertainment industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective commercial strategies.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in the sports sector.
- Exceptional negotiation and partnership management skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
